Track Your Order

Here you can find all the information about the status of your order placed on ADENIUM HEALTH LTD.

How do I receive my tracking code?

  • Right after your purchase you receive an order confirmation email at the address you entered at checkout.
  • When your order is shipped, you receive a second email with:
    • the tracking number;
    • the direct link to the carrier’s website to follow the shipment.
  • If you don’t see our emails, please also check your Spam / Promotions folder.

Retrieve your order details

Enter the email used at checkout and the order number shown in your confirmation email (for example: #1001). If the details are correct and the order has been shipped, the tracking information will be available in your email inbox.

For your privacy and security, we do not display full order details publicly. Tracking information is provided only to the purchaser via email.

Orders with preorder products

If your order includes items on preorder, the tracking code will be generated and sent via email only when the product is available in stock and the shipment actually starts.

The estimated release and shipping dates are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. In case of changes, we always notify you by email.

Tracking – Frequently Asked Questions

I didn’t receive my tracking code. What should I do?

1. Check your Spam / Promotions folder.
2. Make sure your purchase was completed and that you received the order confirmation email.
3. If more days have passed than indicated in our Shipping Policy, please contact us at storecardsuklondon@outlook.it and include your order number and full name.

The carrier link doesn’t work or shows no updates

After the tracking is generated, the carrier may need a few hours to update the shipment status. If after 24–48 hours there are still no updates, please contact us with your order number and tracking code so we can check it for you.

I entered the wrong shipping address

Contact us as soon as possible at storecardsuklondon@outlook.it. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address. If the parcel has already been handed over to the carrier, any change depends on their terms and conditions.
